Competition Valve Job

$325.00 (LABOR ONLY)

Complete visual inspection of complete head. Check all surfaces for straightness. Complete disassembly. Inspect parts for wear. Degrease and clean head of oils. OEM valve job, Resurface and hand lap head. Mill up to .010 off head surface. Reassemble complete head. Includes new valve seals.

Street MasterHead Work

Starting at  $975.00
  • Complete visual inspection of complete head.
  • Check all surfaces for straightness.
  • Complete disassembly.
  • Inspect all valvetrain parts for wear.
  • Degrease and clean head of all oils.
  • Street port and polish which is: (bowl port, gasket match1 inches into runners only. Polish, deshroud and debur all chambers.
  • Street Master valve job.
  • Resurface and hand lap head surface up to .020 material removal.
  • Reassemble complete head.
  • New valve seals.

    Competition Head Work

  • Complete visual inspection of complete head.
  • Check all surfaces for straightness.
  • Complete disassembly.
  • Inspect all valvetrain parts for wear.
  • Remove all studs and lap all surfaces.
  • Degrease and clean head of oils.
  • Baseline flow bench test.
  • Full Competition port and polish head.
  • Deshroud, polish and debur all chambers.
  • Install oversize seats on intake side.
  • Install oversize valves on intake and exhaust.
  • Competition valve job.
  • Resurface and hand lap head to customer specs, or up to .030 material removal.
  • Final flow test with data sheet.
  • Reassemble complete head. Final CC check.
  • Includes new valve seals.
ADD Springs and Titanium retainers, Bronze guides, includes labor.
